Welcome to The Growing Tester, the home for my blog about my experiences and thoughts in the world of software testing.

My name is Lee, sometimes found as Nu_Fenix, and I am a Test Evangelist (officially Test Engineer) from the West Midlands.

I’ve been a tester from January 2012, starting off as a trainee and progressing to where I am now.

I am experienced with functional testing, along with black box and white/glass box. I love exploratory testing, but I’m not interested in learning automation at a personal level.

I am glad to have found my way into testing, and want more people to be aware of the role and how great it is.

I don’t claim to know everything, but if you have any questions I will do my best to help answer them.
